Are you on the road often and don’t have time to make it to a class? Maybe you feel overwhelmed by the different yoga studio and teacher options out there. Or maybe you still want that individual attention of a private lesson, but it’s just more convenient to have a lesson with technology provided these days. A virtual lesson with Jacqui can still provide that undivided attention from a single, knowledgeable instructor, where she can develop sequences and introduce postures that are tailored to your body and your needs for a balanced and well-rounded practice.
Jacqui has experience teaching all levels and types of practitioners, from beginner to advanced, from prenatal to postnatal, from injured to healed. With the knowledge that she’s gained through this experience and with a strong knowledge of anatomy, she is able to visually recognize any necessary amendments to your postures and practice and can verbally share modifications that will suit your body and practice’s needs.
Sessions are done via Skype, therefore a Skype account is necessary for a virtual private session with Jacqui. If you are a first-time student with Jacqui, your first session with her will include a free additional 15 minutes, so you can discuss with her why you are seeking a private lesson, what your intentions are for your yoga practice, and any other specifications for your body and mind.
